Eagle Robinson

Eagle is a partner in the Austin office of Norton Rose Fulbright, where he focuses primarily on patent law, both transactional and litigation, and develops and defends patent portfolios for a number of universities and industry clients in various technology areas, including medical devices and oil and gas equipment. Eagle also maintains an active IPR docket before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and has litigated infringement claims for a variety of technologies in the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, the Eastern District of Virginia, the District of Delaware, the Western District of Michigan, and the Southern District of Florida. Eagle began drafting and prosecuting patent applications as a patent agent with an Oklahoma City IP Boutique during law school, and earned his J.D., and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Oklahoma. He is an active member of the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM), and is currently Chair of the Central Region Planning Committee of AUTM.
