Felice Lu

Dr. Felice Lu is a Research Policy Manager at the University of California Office of the President, where she develops research policy and guidance for the University of California’s ten campus system. Dr. Lu focuses on research policies related to intellectual property and has worked with numerous non-profit funders to develop University of California systemwide master grant agreements. Dr. Lu holds a B.S. from Harvey Mudd College and a Ph.D. from University of California, San Francisco.
