Jordana Armstrong

Jordana Armstrong has been a social impact practitioner for a decade including building and leading Innovate Calgary’s Social Innovation team for the past five years. As Sr. Innovation Manager, she manages a portfolio of 100+ impact-oriented researchers and entrepreneurs at UCalgary who are using market approaches to achieve financially sustainable impact in communities they serve. Jordana launched Innovate Calgary’s first programs specifically for social entrepreneurs in 2016 and 2017 and leads UCeed Social Impact, a $5M Social Impact Fund. She draws on experience as a community leader and educator, volunteer, and Director across various social impact organizations, to inform her mission to create inclusive economic growth and resilient communities.
