Lewis Humphreys

Lewis is the Software & Copyright Sr. Licensing Manager at the U of A, and is embedded in the country’s #1 MIS school at Eller College of Management. Tech Launch Arizona provides a wide variety of services for UA faculty and staff seeking to create startup companies based on University IP, including asset development funding and entrepreneurial mentorship. Lewis’ areas of expertise include digital therapeutics, cybersecurity, quantum computing, open source licensing, bioinformatics and copyright.

Prior to Tech Launch Arizona Lewis worked in various roles throughout North America and Europe focusing on community social innovation and helping people adapt to social and technological change. He is the founder of TEDxTucson, has presented at AUTM multiple times since 2014 and is a member of the AUTM Software Licensing Committee.
